Elite Insurance Brokers is a West Australian owned and operated General Insurance brokerage specialising in providing professional advice to home owners, landlords, tradies and small business owners.
Originally founded in 1990, Elite has evolved over the years from an Authorised Representative status into an Insurance Broker in its own right by obtaining our own Financial Services Licence in September 2009.
We are licensed to deal and advise in General insurance under Australian Financial Services Licence Number 339383.
Elite Insurance Brokers is the registered trading name for Elite General Insurance Services Pty Ltd, ABN 54 109 701 537, ACN 109 701 537.
Elite Insurance Brokers is part of the largest general insurance broker network in Australia and New Zealand, the Steadfast Group. Comprised of over 470 brokerages spread across more than 700 offices, the Steadfast Group generates over $7 billion in gross written premiums. This scale gives Steadfast flexibility and influence when negotiating with major insurers on behalf of Steadfast brokers and results in us being able to provide our customers with access to multiple insurance companies, a broad range of products, competitive pricing and valuable advice. As a client of a Steadfast network insurance broker, you get the best of both worlds – local and personalised service, with the insurance expertise and support of a large organisation.
Due to our affiliation with The Steadfast Group, our clients receive custom policy wordings for most policies that can’t be obtained directly from the Insurer, providing you with significantly better cover at market competitive pricing. We also have exclusive access to Steadfast’s cutting edge technology and triage support for challenging claims.
Elite Insurance Brokers is proud to be a Principal Member of The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). NIBA member firms are subject to strict screening before being admitted as members.
Once admitted each member firm is bound by the NIBA Code of Conduct which involves subscribing to an external complaints facility and committing to the Insurance Broking Code of Practice.
|The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is a free consumer service designed to handle complaints and help resolve problems between Insurers, Insurance Brokers and other financial service providers and their clients. AFCA provides support to help consumers and small businesses resolve problems quickly and efficiently without having to resort to costly litigation.
