Company Director and Principal Broker – Julian Griffith
Julian Griffith is the Company Director of Elite Insurance Brokers overseeing all business activities and providing professional advice to many of our Commercial Lines clients.

Being with Elite since the commencement of our business, Julian has more than 20 year’s industry experience.

Julian is a qualified Insurance Broker, holding a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking) and the post nominal of QPIB (Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker) with the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). A QPIB is obliged to meet and maintain rigorous standards of knowledge, skills and behaviour.

Office Manager and Senior Broker – Latoya Wallace
Latoya Wallace is our Office Manager and is responsible for the supervision of our team and the management of our back office processing and workflow.

As a Senior Broker, Latoya also provides professional advice to many of our Personal and Commercial Lines clients.

Latoya Wallace joined Elite Insurance Brokers in November 2010 and has over 15 years industry experience.

Latoya is a qualified Insurance Broker, holding a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking) and the post nominal of QPIB (Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker) with the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). A QPIB is obliged to meet and maintain rigorous standards of knowledge, skills and behaviour.

Reception & Broker Assistant – Shelby Naylor
Shelby Naylor is our friendly receptionist and is responsible for undertaking administration and Broker Assistant tasks including the processing of new and existing policies.

Shelby joined Elite Insurance Brokers in February 2017.

Shelby holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration and Tier 2 qualifications in General Insurance.

Administration and Accounts Support – Cameron Griffith

Cameron assists with admin and accounts processing as well as accounts support.

Cameron joined Elite Insurance Brokers in November 2016.

Cameron is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
